Observearts: Art is not an intellectual way of thinking
The Wennesland collection:
The University of Agder
and Kristiansand Katedralskole Gimle have, through the Wennesland collection donated by Reidar Wennesland, the largest collection of Beat Art outside the USA. Today, the
collection consists of both Beat Arts and national / international contemporary
art. Art Collection includes paintings, prints, freestanding sculptures ,
reliefs and room decorations. Video from exhibit - english subtitles!
